Bircher Muesli

 

This delicious breakfast is great made up on a Sunday ready for the week ahead.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup of oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of honey or syrup
  • 30g toasted sunflower seeds
  • 30g toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 30g grated coconut
  • Mixed berries for toppings.

Method:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Add the honey, milk and orange juice.
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight and allow the mixture to thicken. 
  4. Serve with a mixture of berries
  5. This recipe serves 4.
