This delicious breakfast is great made up on a Sunday ready for the week ahead.
- 2 cup of oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 tablespoons of honey or syrup
- 30g toasted sunflower seeds
- 30g toasted pumpkin seeds
- 30g grated coconut
- Mixed berries for toppings.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
- Add the honey, milk and orange juice.
- Leave in the fridge overnight and allow the mixture to thicken.
- Serve with a mixture of berries
